PDP Associate Profiles

Below are a few select PDP Associate profiles:

Alyssa – New Hire

Alyssa joined ICG Commerce in September 2010 as a Procurement Development Associate. Working in the steel industry for six years prior to joining the program, Alyssa learned the importance of driving contract compliance to realize the full value of negotiated agreements. She is excited about the program, spending her first rotation in Operations, where she will help clients meet savings targets by analyzing spending and refocusing it to maximize relationships with strategic suppliers.

Anil - Operations

Anil has been with ICG Commerce for over two years developing Buying Center Operations for multiple clients. While in Operations, Anil gained valuable insights in to the Requisition to Purchase Order (PO) life cycle. In addition, Anil has learned much about procurement operations through working with multiple customers and commodities.

He looks forward to leveraging this experience in his current rotation in Category Management and is excited about the opportunity provided by the Procurement Development Program to gain an in-depth understanding of each of ICG Commerce's core services and to develop cross-functional relationships.

Jacob – Market Intelligence Services

Jacob has been with ICG Commerce for close to two years working as an Associate in the Market Intelligence Services Team. Jacob leveraged his analytical skills and background in finance to work effectively across multiple stakeholders (Program Management, Sourcing, Category Management and IT) to create Spend, Savings & Compliance reports for key global accounts.

Currently supporting the Whirlpool Buying Center operations, he's excited for what the program has in store for him in terms of personal and professional development.

Ken – Project Sourcing

Ken has been with ICG Commerce for over two years, providing cross-functional business analysis support from his home in China for project-based work in the areas of Strategic Sourcing and Category Management. Now based in King of Prussia in his new role as a Procurement Development Associate, Ken has begun his first rotation in Project Sourcing where he will help drive savings through key assignments in Marketing and Corporate Services.
